(Smart Meter) online preparatory workshop for the 2020 Odyssey Hackathon
Welcome to the second preparatory online session for the Odyssey Hackathon 2020. It is time to together discover what the root causes of the problems are that are behind the challenge.
Every team has a different focal point, which leads to different root causes of problems and different interests and urgencies for stakeholders.
The challenge lead and its stakeholders will be very clear and honest about their interest and urgency for each of these problems, for optimal feedback and preparation of the teams.
Goal
This two-hour online challenge workshop is to prepare the teams, the challenge leads and their stakeholders for the Hackathon. Together, we discover how to be successful at Odyssey 2020.
Our advice to all participants of the workshop
Embrace all different types of views and knowledge - get out of your comfort zone with curiosity, let all in the call surprise and challenge you and your ideas and beliefs.
Stay away from answers and solutions (this is where we have the Hackathon for:), instead focus on understanding the challenge and the opportunities.
Focus on helping each other (vs being right).

Everyone: What do you want to know that you think is crucial to learn at this stage of your preparation.
3. Have an answer to these questions:
What do you offer to the challenge and other teams? Do you have access to relevant data-sets? Share them to make the chance of success for the entire track bigger!

We advise teams to be present with the entire team.
